Nik Patel is a dedicated real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in property surveys, land design, and navigating zoning regulations. With dual Associate Degrees in Engineering Technology, he brings a strong foundation in technical drafting and design to every client interaction, allowing him to uncover opportunities others might miss.
Over the years, Nik has worked with a diverse range of clients, including homeowners, investors, and builders, preparing property surveys, minor subdivisions, variance plans, and general site plans. His practical experience has given him a thorough understanding of local zoning requirements and land use planning, particularly in Kent and Sussex Counties.
In addition to residential real estate, Nik has hands-on expertise in commercial real estate, from buying and selling properties to managing tenants and operating retail businesses. As a former business owner, he understands the challenges and opportunities clients face, and he uses that insight to provide thoughtful, results-driven advice.
