Currently Audrey owns and a brokerage in Kent County, DE, First Class Properties and also has a Wilmington, DE location.   With a fabulous balance of Central Delaware, Sussex County and beach property experience, coupled with managing over 450 year round rental homes, Audrey has all the real estate experience and knowledge you will need to make the best real estate decision in the State of Delaware.

PERSONAL

Audrey recently married Bill Wagamon and lives in Lewes, DE. After years of loss from their previous long term marriages they are finding new happiness and enjoy living life’s adventures together. Previously she was married to her husband Ken Brodie for 36 years prior to his sudden death in January, 2020.  She has a daughter, Melissa, who lives in northwestern New Jersey with her husband, Marcus, and their daughters, Kennedy Marie and Sunny Day.  Audrey’s son lives in Grand Island, NY with his wife Karen. Ken II has a daughter Amanda Jo and son Ken III.

 

Previous to real estate, Audrey initially worked for General Motors and then established a consulting and training firm, First Automotive Consulting & Training Services that specialized in education and profitability of automotive dealership personnel.  She spent 18 years developing and implementing in-dealership programs to increase profits, insured customer satisfaction, and maximized long term growth and market share.  She was a renowned dealership subject matter expert and frequent speaker at national automotive manufacturer and dealership events.  Additionally, she owned First Class Events, an event management company that organized, implemented and staffed auto shows and automotive manufacturer trade events nationwide.  Most recently she was inducted into the Canadian Boat Racing Hall of Fame as the first woman in the association’s 75 year history of the federation.
