It's almost KCAR's voting day and we want to hear from you!

September 23rd is our annual Voting Day, known as the General Membership Meeting; and your chance to vote. Eligible Member voters are any Primary REALTORS®, Secondary REALTORS® or Brokers.

The General Membership meeting will be held at Maple Dale Country Club at 9:00 am with breakfast provided beginning at 8:30 am.

The votes to be counted this year include: The 2027 Slate of Officers ballot for President-Elect, Treasurer, a 2-Year Director position and a 1-Year Director position, as well as the proposed 2027 Budget, and an update to the SentriLock Policies and Procedures.

Voting will be done via Elections Online as we have in the past. Voting capability will open on September 23rd and sent via email – so be sure to check for your ballot from vote@skypunch.tech.  Paper ballots will be available at the meeting for those who would prefer that method, or for anyone who experiences technical difficulties. (Ballots can be submitted for 7 days following the membership meeting, and voting will end on September 30, 2026).

If you have questions, please bring them with you to the Meeting as the Board of Directors will be in attendance to address all questions and concerns.

Per KCAR Bylaws Article XII we are providing you the voting materials 14 days prior to the Meeting, and the voting will remain open for 7 days after the Meeting; September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
